Welcome to Crowley's Ridge Academy and thank you for your interest in our school!
We consider the well-being of students our greatest responsibility. It is a tremendous honor for any school to be entrusted with the hearts, minds, and souls of young people for a lengthy period of each weekday for nine months out of the year. At Crowley's Ridge Academy, we strive to maximize the time that we have with students by offering a values-oriented academic environment in an atmosphere that strives to allow the spirit of Christ to be seen in every action of every minute of every day.

Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide

Crowley’s Ridge Academy admits students of any race, color, sex, national origin or ethnic origin. Central to the school’s mission is to “build leaders and build followers,” and the school’s admission policy and enrollment decisions will be based on a student’s ability to thrive in this environment. Students should be prepared to:

  • Lead: A prospective student must be academically, behaviorally, and socially able to succeed in CRA’s environment.

  • Follow: A prospective student must be prepared to honor the standards of Christian discipleship upheld by CRA at all times, whether on campus, off campus, or online. (Students are not required to be Christians but will be expected to respect and follow Christian principles and basic practices.)

Students seeking admission to Kindergarten must be 5 years old by August 1 to enroll in a given year.

Students enrolling in grades 9-12 must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).

  • A campus visit is the best way to truly understand the unique experience that CRA can offer your child and family. You will have the opportunity to explore the campus, meet faculty and staff, and have all of your questions answered. Click HERE to schedule a visit, or call (870) 280-2557.

  • Come enjoy a day in the life of a CRA Falcon! CRA is home to some of the warmest and most welcoming teachers and students you’ll ever find. Click HERE and we’ll gladly make arrangements for your child or teen to spend the day with their class! Lunch is on us!

    *This step is optional.

  • *Please note that some classes have waiting lists. Please contact our communications officer, Amber Oxley, about class availability before applying. aoxley@crafalcons.org or (870)280-2557

*CRA’s strong preference is to bring new students in at the beginning of either the fall or spring semester. Occasionally, a transition could be considered at the start of a new quarter (or “nine weeks”), depending on a variety of factors. Only in rare cases will a student be approved to start school immediately. If a student family has reasons why their student(s) should begin classes immediately, those factors should be discussed during the interview with the principal. Decisions will be made in consultation with faculty, administration, and the Board of Trustees regarding the validity of the request for immediate enrollment.

First, create an account. Then log into your account and “Create a New Student Application.” You will then have the ability to log in and out of your account to check the status of your application. Once you have completed the application(s), simply pay the $22 application fee and submit.

    Enrollment Application

  • Scholarships are based on financial need. Applicants are eligible to receive a maximum of 50% of tuition in aid.

To apply for aid, create an account at this link. Be sure to save your login information in a safe place, because you’ll use the same login information to reapply each year.

If your child(ren) are moving from out of state or applying to a private school for the first time (including Kindergarten), please check the “ACE” box on the application.

    Apply for Scholarship

  • Students seeking to enroll/transfer in Elementary (K-6 grades) will be tested/evaluated by a CRA administrator or teacher to ensure proper grade placement.

  • The principal will communicate with officials from the prospective student’s current school to discuss the student’s progress, aptitude, behavior, etc. In this communication, any classroom accommodations, medical/clinical diagnoses, etc., that impact the student’s classroom or academic success should be disclosed. This will be done as quickly as possible, but can take up to 10 business days to complete. All information will remain confidential.

  • Once your application has been received, our front office will request student records from the transferring school. All applicants are expected to be in good academic and disciplinary standing.

  • The student and family will meet with the appropriate principal (elementary or secondary) to discuss academic progress, course selection, behavior/disciplinary history, and classroom modifications.

  • You will be notified via email indicating whether your application has been accepted or denied.

When a student has been accepted for admission to CRA, the next steps in the process will include:

Payment of Registration Fee: This fee of $200 per student is due in full prior to the student’s enrollment.

Selection of Tuition and Cafeteria Payment Plans: Student families select billing options to ensure prompt payment of school-related charges.

The school requires each student to have their immunization record on file, as well as a copy of each student’s birth certificate.

  • Once admitted, we encourage your family to be as involved as possible to gain the most from your CRA experience! Attend chapel, eat lunch with your child, volunteer in the classroom or at school events, attend sporting events, and chaperone field trips. It is important to get to know the other parents in your child’s class and to build a community of support. We are all about strong relationships here at CRA and we desire for you to become an integral part of our school family.

    Welcome Home!
