After School Care: A Note from Mrs. Jan

Hello CRA Parents,

Welcome to a new school year!

I am Jan Smith, 4th grade teacher, and I will be in charge of after school care this year, located in my classroom. Here is pertinent information regarding the after school program.

• The fee is $5.00 per hour from 3:30-5:30.

• Your child will be dismissed to after care by their teacher at 3:20.

• I will send home a statement each Monday for the previous week of stay. Statements will be given to your child’s teacher to be placed in their Monday folders. Payments may be sent back in your child’s folder. Checks should be made payable to me: Jan Smith.

• To pick up your child, you will need to come to the cafeteria door and I will walk your child to the door. My cell number is: 870-476-2432, you can text me when you arrive.

• Your child is welcome to bring a snack (peanut free) or bring money for a snack. I will have snacks and drinks to purchase in my room.

• There are times when I will need to leave school early; in this case I will have a responsible Sr. High student in charge of after care.

• There will be no aftercare offered on early dismissal days.
